About Tulster Company
Tulster's story started in a two-car garage. Founded by Justin Courtney purchased a Sig P938 for daily carry and found the enclosed holster lacking. It was a total failure. So, he decided to do something about the holster. He was armed with a vision to build his improved holster using classic equipment and a few sheets of Kydex. He formed the first Tulster holster. Small did he know that this first attempt at distinction would ultimately pave the way for Tulster's original holster.
Tulster - will continue cultivating a fun working environment - allowing for mistakes, inviting new ideas, and embracing change to continue developing and sourcing great concealed carry products. Tulster provides a Lifetime Warranty for the holster, oath Holster, Contour holsters, and their Echo Mag Carriers. If your holster or mag carrier cracks or breaks at any time, cease use immediately and contact us. They will fix or replace the gear in question. They reserve the right to return your damaged products with a similar or updated product if the original products have been changed or discontinued. Products Warranty is immediately voided if the products are found damaged, broken, or misused - no compensation will be given in that case. The Lifetime Warranty does not include belt clips, soft loops, OWB loops, or lost any part of the hardware. To complete this warranty, the item must be shipped back to them. See their returns policy on a page. The shipping cost is not covered by tulster, which is the customer's responsibility.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a weekday will ship the same day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM CST on a weekly day will ship the following business day. They ship on weekdays. So all the weekend orders will ship out the next business day. Please add 5-7 business days for processing in case of holidays.
According to the claim department, no suits can be filed for 20 days. In every situation, they have seen packages show up within the 20-day waiting period. The buyer is committed to notifying Tulster of lost packages after the waiting period. If you supplied us with the wrong shipping address, there is very little they can do once the order has shipped - they do not take responsibility for the customer's mistake.
In the possibility of a lost package, it is best to re-order so you can get your gear as soon as possible. If an item or product is damaged or lost, the carrier will refund that order amount once a claim is filed. If the article eventually shows up, you can return it to Tulster for a full refund.

Buy with confidence - Tulster offers a 30-day money-back guarantee! If unsatisfied with your purchase, log into your account and submit your request to return the item. A full refund or store credit will be processed (minus shipping) once the item has been received. The holster and mag carrier must be in new condition. Any damaged product will be rejected and nonrefundable.

You should expect your refund within three weeks of Tulster receiving the items. You will often receive a refund within 5 to 7 business days. This period includes us accepting your return in 5 to 10 days, the time it takes us to proceed with your request once they receive it in 3 to 6 business days, and the time it takes your bank to process their refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Understand that Custom Holsters are nonrefundable, but they will do everything they can to adjust and modify your needs.
You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. However, if things are opened and the return is not due to a defect or error on their part - a partial refund will be issued. Partial refunds may be up to 85% at their discretion.

They are unable to offer an exchange service at this time. Should you require to exchange an item, return the original item for a refund by following the instructions below. You may purchase the replacement at your convenience before or after you receive your refund.
Log into your Tulster account - select Orders, and then the order you want to return. Once the order is chosen, select Request Return. Select the Product and Quantity to return with a Return Reason. Please include any comments, questions, or issues in the notes section of the return.
Once they authorize your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with the return instructions and RMA number. Include a copy of the confirmation email and write your RMA# on the package before shipping—failure to do that will delay processing or loss of a refund.
