Return merchandise authorization (RMA) Policy Paid shipping costs (paid return label) by Bastion are provided for proof of damage/defect within ten days of the ship date.
Important: If you receive a defective item, do not disassemble or modify it in any way to attempt to resolve the issue, as this will void any opportunity to return for refund, exchange, or replacement.
Knife Specific Instructions: Bastion knives do not include any warranty. Disassembly of the blade to clean, modify, or alter in any way for personal preference voids any opportunity to request returns for refund, exchange, or replacement.
Businesses do not include special shipping costs paid by the buyer in the original shipment. Exchanges can only be made for similarly priced items. If requesting an exchange, enclose a note in the shipment providing the description of the part from their web store (e.g., include the URL, Product SKU code, or product title).
If you believe a refund has yet to be issued, please check your bank account/credit card to determine if a refund has been processed. It takes some time before your refund is posted to your bank or card.
If you have determined that you have yet to receive a refund, email us to investigate their records for the completed refund date and possible transaction code or why a refund was not processed.
Their accessories for firearms are prohibited from international distribution. This includes all plate types, mag releases, grip plugs, pin kits, slide lock levers, etc.
Eligibility to ship knives and cutlery depends on each country's policy. Before purchasing, customers must understand and adhere to their country's policy about importing utensils and cutlery. Knives rejected, confiscated, returned, or lost by customs agencies and carriers are NOT eligible for replacement or refund.
