Returns
Before returning any merchandise, please log in to your account. Locate your order and Return it for instructions on requesting a return authorization. The return request must be processed within 30 days of receipt of your order. Use the same email address for your account as your past order, and the website will automatically track your orders if you don't have an account. Returned items must be in the original package and unused condition. Otherwise, they may require a restocking fee. Returns or exchanges must be made within 3-6 business days of receiving and processing your return request. They do not refund shipping costs. Contact their customer service department if you encounter any issues or have further questions about their return policy.
Safety Information
Aker International cautions against using their products by persons untrained or inexperienced in firearms. Careless usage of any gun, with or without both conditions of these products, may be dangerous and result in injury or death in some cases. Products have been inspected before shipment by the manufacturer; however, the user/buyer should check the product before use. Snaps and fasteners should be inspected regularly to ensure the proper security of the handgun. Aker leather products become loose, defective, or ill-fitting and cease use immediately. Fingers must be clear of the trigger when inserting or removing a firearm to or from a holster. Always keep the safety strap snapped. No holster is completely "snatch-proof." Therefore, the user must exercise extreme diligence in any situation where any person may attempt to take a handgun. They caution against using worn or broken guns and inferior quality. They also warn against using accessories that might interfere with the secure fit of the weapon in the holster, including such accessories as triggers, trigger shoes, oversize grips, and grip adapters. Please do not modify Aker leather products in any way.
