The warranties of the product merchant and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied, are excluded from the transaction and shall not apply to the product sold.
Before returning any merchandise, please log in to your account. Locate your order and Return it for instructions on requesting a return authorization. The return request must be processed within 30 days of receipt of your order. Use the same email address for your account as your past order, and the website will automatically track your orders if you don't have an account. Returned items must be in the original package and unused condition. Otherwise, they may require a restocking fee. Fingers must be clear of the trigger when inserting or removing a firearm to or from a holster. Always keep the safety strap snapped. No holster is completely "snatch-proof." Therefore, the user must exercise extreme diligence in any situation where any person may attempt to take a handgun. They caution against using worn or broken guns and inferior quality. They also warn against using accessories that might interfere with the secure fit of the weapon in the holster, including such accessories as triggers, trigger shoes, oversize grips, and grip adapters.
